No, unless specified, signed items do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity. However, you can purchase one from our store to add on to your item. They can only be added to signed or limited edition books.

We do our best to ship out orders as soon as possible. Most orders will ship within in a week (see next question for pre-orders). However, we are a small business and can get behind during certain times of the year. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email within two weeks, feel free to reach out to use with your order number.
*At times, we do close for vacations. At that time a notice will be on our site stating if orders will be delayed.

Yes, you get charged at the time of your purchase. If you get a limited edition copy and your name makes it into the book, you will NOT be refunded if you cancel the order. However, if your name is not in the book, you may cancel up to one month before the book ships.

Pre-Order items will have information in the listing about the expected ship dates. However, they are all subject to change to due delays in print times and other factors. Most pre-order windows are six months from announcement to shipment. We will also do our best to send out update emails as to the status.

Non-US Orders: Shipping out of the US is currently astronomical. The price you will see is exactly what we are charged. We do not make money on the shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the costs. On the positive side, all of our books (except limited editions) are available through Amazon and other retailers world wide. You can get any book from them without having to pay the high costs as they will ship from within your country.
If you’d like us to price out shipping options for you, email us your address and what you’d like to order and we can see if other carries have lower options.

No. All of our items are signed in bulk sessions by our celebrities, therefore we cannot have them personalized.

No. We cannot accept items for signature. Please see celebrity convention appearance schedules to get your items signed.

We only sell select stock in our store, with a focus on limited editions. If the signed item or Limited Edition book you are looking for is no longer in our store, it means we no longer have stock.

Return and Shipping Policy
Please Read Before Ordering
All books are shipped via USPS Media Mail or UPS.
Limited Edition Pre-Orders that Include Your Name in the Book are FINAL and cannot be refunded after 7 days as your book name will be sent to the designer for placement. This only applies to the first 1,000 orders (Your order will confirm you are in that batch).
Minor imperfections in shrink wrap, corners, dust jackets, slipcases, or packaging that occur during normal shipping and handling do not constitute damage and are not grounds for return or replacement.
All books and items are inspected for damage before shipping and leave our office in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped and secured in a box, never an envelope to ensure it gets to you in the best shape possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged item(s), and contact us within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to provide photographs or notify us within this timeframe may prevent us from filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your item in our office, we will refund your purchase, minus the shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly by us.
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is reported as missing after delivery, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
If you made a pre-order and move before it ships, please contact us with your order number and new address.
Signed books, personalized books, limited editions, and special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
All sales of “Oops” Items are final. “Oops” Items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
