No, unless specified, signed items do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity. However, you can purchase one from our store to add on to your item. They can only be added to signed or limited edition books.

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within one week of purchase (please see the next FAQ item for information regarding pre-orders).
As a small business, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, such as new releases, special promotions, or holiday seasons. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a week of placing your order, please feel free to contact us and include your order number.
Please note: We occasionally close for vacations or company events. When this occurs, a notice will be posted on our website advising customers of any expected shipping delays.

Yes. Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed.
If you purchase a limited edition book that includes your name in the book, your order becomes non-refundable once your name has been submitted for production. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.
For pre-orders that do not include your name in the book, cancellations are permitted up to one month before the scheduled shipping date. After that time, the order cannot be canceled, as production and fulfillment preparations will already be underway.

Each pre-order listing includes an estimated shipping date. Please note that all shipping dates are subject to change due to printing schedules, production delays, shipping issues, and other factors beyond our control.
Most pre-order campaigns run approximately six months from announcement to shipment, though some projects may ship sooner or later depending on production timelines.
We understand that waiting can be difficult, and we will do our best to keep customers informed by providing update emails whenever significant progress or scheduling changes occur.

Non-US Orders: Shipping out of the US is currently astronomical. In order to keep it low as possible, we set it at a flat rate, which saves you money in most cases.
On the positive side, all of our books (except limited editions) are available through Amazon and other retailers world wide. You can get any book from them without having to pay the high costs as they will ship from within your country.
If the flat rate price is too high for you, feel free to email us your address and what you’d like to order and we can see if other carries have lower options.

No. All of our items are signed in bulk sessions by our celebrities, therefore we cannot have them personalized.

No. We cannot accept items for signature. Please see celebrity convention appearance schedules to get your items signed.

Our store carries a select inventory, with a particular focus on limited editions, signed books, and exclusive merchandise. If the signed item or limited edition you're looking for is no longer listed in our store, it is likely sold out and no longer available directly from us.
Most of our books remain widely available through Amazon and other retailers worldwide. To purchase a title, visit our Books page and click on the cover to be taken to its Amazon page.
You can also search for the book through your favorite bookseller. For the best results, search using both the book title and the author's name.
Return and Shipping Policy
Please Read Before Ordering
All books are shipped via USPS or UPS. We do not make any money on shipping, you pay exactly what the carrier charges us.
Limited Edition pre-orders that include having your name printed in the book are final and cannot be refunded after seven (7) days from the date of purchase, as your information will be submitted to the designer for inclusion in the book. This policy applies only to the first 1,000 qualifying orders. Your order confirmation will indicate whether your order is included in this batch.
Minor imperfections in shrink wrap, corners, dust jackets, slipcases, or packaging that occur during normal shipping and handling do not constitute damage and are not grounds for return, replacement, or refund.
All books and merchandise are carefully inspected prior to shipping and leave our facility in excellent condition. Every item is securely packaged in a box—never an envelope—to help ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged item(s), and contact us within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to provide photographs or notify us within this timeframe may prevent may result in our inability to offer a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted only within seven (7) days of delivery. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly by us.
Signed books, personalized books, limited editions, and special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is reported as missing after delivery, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
If you made a pre-order and move before it ships, please contact us with your order number and new address.
Signed books, personalized books, limited editions, and special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
All sales of “Oops” Items are final. “Oops” Items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
